The 2005 Eastern Class E-Scow Championship is returning to the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club which is located in the lower basin of the very beautiful Chautauqua Lake on August 4th, 5th & 6th.

As a bonus, the second leg of the New York State Championship is scheduled for the weekend just prior to the ECESA Championship making it an awesome warm up regatta so come on over, spend the entire week on Chautauqua Lake, experience the world renowned Chautauqua Institution first hand as well as the many other attractions of this very popular summer destination.

Continuing the many traditions originally set in motion at the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club 47 years ago during the very first ever National E-Scow Championship, the 2005 Eastern Championship Regatta will continue the famous Shoreline Lunch Buffets, Live Nightly Entertainment and hopefully the strong steady winds we have all become accustomed to on Chautauqua Lake.

The Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club has made several major facility improvements over the past several years including a new lakeside outdoor heated pool, two new launching areas designed specifically for E-Scows and the addition of a second floor bar and deck overlooking the beautiful Chautauqua Lake sunsets.

If you have ever participated in an E-scow Regatta at the Chautauqua Lake Yacht Club, you know we always put on a first class event in a casual, fun but competitive environment.
