I'm not sure what we've done to deserve this incredible weather this year, but hey, we take it :-)

Five crews agreed that there was no better way to spend this Saturday afternoon with bright sunshine and good consistent wind and took to the starting line. Every race brought the boat closer in terms of performance and there was a lot of tight, action packed maneuvers to witness.

The dinghies had to work hard to keep their boats upright but were rewarded by straight 1st and 2nds, while the Bonds got the edge on the keelboat side.

The rating on Kirk's boat that the Menzies sailed increasingly fast is a guess at this point. I will check with Kirk and correct once I have an official Portsmouth rating.

What a wild day! Lot's of wind and heavy action on the line and around the buoys.

Great spirit by Davis Menzies who broke his Laser mast before the first race but came back out with his other boat to race the last two!

The Kutschkes showed the rest of us again why you fly a spinnaker taking firsts in races 2 and 3 after they decided to risk it.
